Terms of Use Agreement

This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you—including both your individual use and any entity you represent (“User,” “You,” or “Your”)—and Besitos Corporation, LLC, doing business as MyHonestChoices, along with its affiliated companies (“MyHonestChoices,” “Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”).
This Agreement governs Your access to and use of the MyHonestChoices platform, which includes the website www.myhonestchoices.com (including all related pages), the MyHonestChoices browser extension, and any related media channels, mobile websites, or mobile applications, whether accessed via a computer, mobile device, or any other means (collectively, the “Platform”). The Platform provides virtual rewards to Users for completing select activities (“Company Services”).
By using the Platform or any Company Services—such as by clicking an “I Agree” checkbox or taking any similar action—You acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Agreement. You also agree to Our collection, use, and disclosure of Your personal information as described in Our Privacy Policy.
Any additional terms and conditions that may be posted on the Platform from time to time are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between these supplemental terms and this Agreement, this Agreement will take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

MyHonestChoices may offer one or more rewards programs that allow Users to earn virtual currency rewards in the form of MyHonestChoices Points (“Points”), which are equivalent to $1 USD per Point. However, these Points hold no value until a User reaches the minimum account balance required for redemption and submits a payment request, which must be acknowledged and approved by MyHonestChoices. Currently, the minimum balance for redemption is $10, but this amount may change at MyHonestChoices' sole discretion.
Points are non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be sold or traded. Any attempt to transfer Points will result in them being void. Additionally, Points and User accounts cannot be transferred upon death, as part of legal settlements, or through any other legal means.
Users can earn Points by completing various activities on the Platform, including:
Taking surveys
Completing special offers
Making transactions
Playing games
Participating in giveaways
Referring friends
These activities are subject to additional terms, conditions, and official rules. MyHonestChoices may receive compensation from third-party partners (“Third-Party Partners”) for User participation in these activities.
Earning Points depends on accurate tracking by MyHonestChoices and its partners. While MyHonestChoices makes efforts to track activities correctly, there is no guarantee that all transactions will be recorded. If a third-party partner fails to pay MyHonestChoices, the company is not responsible for awarding the corresponding Points to the User.
MyHonestChoices is not liable for missing earnings due to tracking issues, ad blockers, or third-party errors. The company uses industry-recognized tracking tools such as Impact, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, and HasOffers/TUNE but cannot ensure 100% accuracy.
Rewards typically credit within 30 days, unless otherwise stated. MyHonestChoices reserves the right to delay or deny earnings if necessary and may modify, suspend, or terminate any Rewards Program at any time.
Special programs like giveaways and referral bonuses may have additional rules.
Daily Giveaways: Eligible users are automatically entered upon starting a new session on the platform.
Referral Program: Users can earn up to 25% of their referred friend’s earnings from games and offers. However, this does not include survey earnings. Both accounts must be active and non-fraudulent. Creating multiple accounts to gain referral bonuses is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or forfeited earnings.
Users can redeem Points for cash via PayPal (“Cash Out”) or, at MyHonestChoices’ discretion, gift cards.
Payments are processed biweekly.
To redeem via PayPal, Users must have a U.S. verified PayPal account that is at least 30 days old.
Users may be required to verify their identity through a third-party fraud prevention service before redemption.
For gift card redemptions, only available options from the provider’s catalog can be selected. Once issued, the gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost or stolen.
All Points earned are subject to a Pending Period to account for chargebacks, returns, or suspected fraud. If a User cancels a trial, purchase, or service after receiving a reward, MyHonestChoices may reverse the earnings. Users who engage in fraudulent behavior risk losing their rewards and having their account suspended.
MyHonestChoices may suspend an account for up to 30 days to investigate fraudulent activity. If found guilty of fraud (e.g., providing false survey responses, creating multiple accounts, or engaging in deceptive behavior), the User’s account may be permanently closed, and all earnings forfeited.
If a User does not log in for 90 days, their account is considered inactive. All verified earnings may be forfeited, and MyHonestChoices may close the account without liability.
Users must maintain accurate contact details. If a payment fails due to outdated information, MyHonestChoices may hold the funds for 60 days and reissue payment upon request. After 90 days, unclaimed earnings may be permanently forfeited.
By using the MyHonestChoices platform, you confirm and agree to the following:
You are a permanent U.S. resident or citizen. Only individuals who permanently reside in the United States may access the platform, use MyHonestChoices services, or participate in any related activities.
You are at least 18 years old. Users must be at least 18 years old to register, use the platform, or participate in any activities. Some promotions or activities may have a higher age requirement, which must also be met.
You are an individual person. The platform is only for real individuals—companies or other entities are not permitted to use it.
You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. By using MyHonestChoices, you confirm that you have the right to agree to and be bound by these terms.
All information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete. During registration and throughout your use of the platform, you must provide correct, up-to-date, and complete information, including your email address. You may not use another person’s information.
You will use the platform and services only as permitted by this agreement.
You are using MyHonestChoices in compliance with all applicable laws. It is your responsibility to ensure that using the platform is legal in your location. MyHonestChoices is void where prohibited by law.
You will keep your account information up to date. If your details change, you must update your account to maintain accuracy.
You will keep your password secure and are responsible for all account activity.
You will use the latest operating system on your device. Your mobile or computer system must be updated to at least Android 12 (for Android devices) or iOS 16 (for Apple devices).
You will use the latest version of your web browser to access MyHonestChoices.
You must be a first-time user of any product or service unless explicitly stated otherwise. If you are participating in an offer or downloading a game, you must be a new user who has never installed or used it before.
Using multiple devices for games may affect tracking. Playing the same game on multiple devices may prevent proper tracking, which could result in forfeiting your reward.
If MyHonestChoices determines that any of your provided information is false, outdated, or incomplete, or if there are reasonable grounds to believe you have misrepresented yourself, MyHonestChoices reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account. In such cases, all rewards will be forfeited, and you may be banned from future use of the platform. Additionally, if you provide false or misleading information to third parties that offer surveys, games, videos, or other services through MyHonestChoices, your account may also be suspended or terminated.
MyHonestChoices encourages users to keep their accounts active by regularly engaging with the platform and participating in activities that increase their account balance. If an account becomes inactive for any reason, any pending payment requests may be removed. The system automatically deactivates inactive accounts before processing payments, meaning an account may be marked inactive right before a payment is issued.
A user’s account will be deemed inactive for any of the following reasons:
Invalid email address. If MyHonestChoices receives a bounce-back or error message when sending an email, the account will be set to inactive. This can happen if the user has blocked emails from MyHonestChoices, marked messages as spam, or due to other email-related issues. To prevent this, users should add MyHonestChoices to their contact list and check spam or junk folders for emails.
Failure to confirm email communications. If a user does not interact with MyHonestChoices emails (e.g., by clicking on confirmation links) for an extended period, their account may be set to inactive. MyHonestChoices reserves the right to change the required confirmation frequency at any time. Users are responsible for ensuring they receive emails.
Outdated or inactive contact information. Users must keep their contact information accurate and up to date. If a payment is returned due to incorrect information, MyHonestChoices may hold it for up to 60 days. The user can request a reissue by providing updated details within that time. If no request is made within 90 days, the payment and any associated earnings are permanently forfeited.
Lack of activity. Accounts that remain inactive (i.e., no logins) for 90 days are considered abandoned, and all verified earnings may be forfeited. Users can reactivate their accounts within six months by logging in and requesting a confirmation email. However, forfeited earnings cannot be reclaimed after reactivation.
Users may only access and use MyHonestChoices as intended and may not engage in unauthorized commercial activities or any behavior designed to manipulate the system.
Rewards are intended to encourage genuine user engagement. Any attempt to exploit the platform purely for rewards will result in account termination and forfeiture of any pending or received rewards at MyHonestChoices' sole discretion.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal or payment information.
Using fake or multiple identities, impersonating others, or misrepresenting personal details.
Selling, transferring, or sharing an account with others.
Creating multiple accounts.
Violating intellectual property rights of MyHonestChoices or third parties.
Using the platform to compete with MyHonestChoices or as a service bureau.
Removing copyright or proprietary notices from platform content.
Using bots, AI, or automated systems to interact with the platform.
Attempting to bypass security measures or access the platform through unauthorized means.
Reverse-engineering or tampering with platform software.
Engaging in automated scraping, data mining, or unauthorized script use.
Using platform data to train AI or machine learning tools.
Disrupting or overloading the platform’s infrastructure.
Systematically extracting content from the platform to create unauthorized databases.
Collecting user data for spam or other unauthorized communications.
Exploiting bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
Sharing or distributing survey answers to manipulate results.
Participating in offers without genuine intent.
Harassing or threatening MyHonestChoices staff or users.
Attempting to steal passwords or personal information.
Using platform data to harm or threaten others.
Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
Engaging in fraudulent activities, such as using stolen credit cards.
Using VPNs, proxies, Linux OS, TelKila APN, or browsers like Baidu Spark and Yandex.
Running emulators or cheat software on any device.
Playing on jailbroken/rooted devices.
Using AI to complete offers.
Researching exploits via social media or online forums to gain an unfair advantage in games or promotions.
If MyHonestChoices determines that a user has engaged in any of the above activities, all earnings will be forfeited, and the account may be suspended or permanently closed without notice.
MyHonestChoices also reserves the right to change or reclaim usernames deemed inappropriate or in violation of trademark rights.
For game-related or campaign-based rewards in Pending status, MyHonestChoices reserves the right to revoke or remove rewards if the user does not maintain active participation. This includes uninstalling the game, failing to log in, or neglecting to engage with the product, as determined through industry-standard tracking methods.
You acknowledge that the MyHonestChoices platform and its services are the result of significant investment, time, and effort, making them valuable intellectual property. The Company is committed to protecting these rights to the fullest extent allowed by law.
All content on the platform, including software, trademarks, logos, designs, text, images, and multimedia (“Company Content”), is owned or licensed by the Company and protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform and Company Content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may NOT:
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or publicly display any Company Content without prior written consent.
Use Company Content to train artificial intelligence or machine learning systems.
Remove copyright notices or claim ownership of any part of the platform’s content.
Use Company trademarks in a way that could cause confusion or misrepresent affiliation with the Company.
The Company reserves all rights that are not explicitly granted to you.
If you access MyHonestChoices through the official mobile app, you are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to install and use the app on your personal mobile device.
You may NOT:
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app in any way.
Violate any laws while using the app.
Use the app for commercial gain or unauthorized purposes.
Use automated scripts or software to interact with the app.
Share or distribute the app in a way that enables multiple users to access it simultaneously.
This agreement is between you and the Company, not Apple or Google.
The Company is solely responsible for app maintenance, warranties, and handling any claims related to the app.
You must comply with any applicable third-party agreements, such as network data usage policies.
Legal compliance: You must not be located in a country sanctioned by the U.S. government or appear on any restricted party list.
Third-party rights: Apple and Google have the right to enforce these terms as third-party beneficiaries.
MyHonestChoices reserves the right to accept, reject, or remove user reviews at its sole discretion. While we do not have an obligation to monitor reviews, we may take action if they violate our guidelines. Reviewers must comply with all applicable laws, including regulations regarding false advertising and endorsements.
To ensure fairness and authenticity, all reviews must adhere to the following:
Firsthand Experience: Reviews must be based on the reviewer’s direct personal experience.
Prohibited Content: Reviews cannot contain offensive, abusive, discriminatory, or illegal content, including hate speech, profanity, or references to unlawful activities.
Conflict of Interest: Competitors may not post negative reviews.
Truthfulness: Reviews must reflect honest opinions and factual experiences. False statements, misleading claims, or coordinated review campaigns (whether positive or negative) are not allowed.
Reviews do not represent the views of MyHonestChoices, and we assume no liability for them. By posting a review, you grant MyHonestChoices a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, translate, display, and distribute the content of your review.
Any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other submissions (“Submissions”) provided to MyHonestChoices are considered non-confidential. The Company may use, share, or distribute these Submissions without any obligation to provide credit or compensation.
The MyHonestChoices platform may contain links to third-party websites (“Third-Party Platforms”) or display third-party content, such as articles, images, or software (“Third-Party Content”). We do not monitor, verify, or endorse any Third-Party Content or Platforms.
If you access Third-Party Platforms or use Third-Party Content, you do so at your own risk.
MyHonestChoices is not responsible for the privacy practices, accuracy, reliability, or policies of third-party sites.
Any purchases made through Third-Party Platforms are solely between you and the third-party provider.
Before engaging with any Third-Party Platform, review its terms and privacy policies.
You may link your MyHonestChoices account to external social media or third-party service accounts (“Third-Party Accounts”). By doing so, you grant MyHonestChoices permission to access, store, and display content from those accounts, such as profile details and friend lists, based on your privacy settings.
You confirm that you have the right to share your Third-Party Account login information with MyHonestChoices.
If access to a Third-Party Account is revoked or the service becomes unavailable, related content may no longer be displayed on the MyHonestChoices platform.
MyHonestChoices does not review or verify Third-Party Account content for accuracy or compliance.
You can disable the connection between your accounts at any time, and upon request, we will delete any data obtained from your Third-Party Account, except for your username and profile picture.
Your interactions with Third-Party Accounts are governed by their respective terms, and MyHonestChoices is not responsible for their services.
MyHonestChoices reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability, to:
Monitor the Platform for any violations of this Agreement.
Take legal action against individuals or entities violating this Agreement, including reporting them to law enforcement if necessary.
Restrict, limit, or disable access to any user content that may violate this Agreement or company policies.
Remove or restrict any files or content that are excessively large or place an undue burden on MyHonestChoices’ systems.
Manage the Platform to protect its integrity, ensure proper functionality, and safeguard the rights of MyHonestChoices and its users.
This Agreement remains in effect while you use the MyHonestChoices Platform and services. You may terminate your participation at any time by following the account cancellation instructions in your account settings or by contacting us.
If MyHonestChoices terminates your account due to a violation of this Agreement, you forfeit any unused subscription fees or earnings accrued. Even after termination, this Agreement remains in effect. MyHonestChoices also reserves the right to terminate any additional accounts created by the same individual or members of their household.
If your account is suspended or terminated for any reason, you are prohibited from creating a new account under your name, a different name, or on behalf of another person. MyHonestChoices may take legal action, including seeking civil or criminal remedies, if necessary.
To maintain the integrity of the Platform, MyHonestChoices may block certain IP addresses from accessing its services.
Certain states allow users to cancel this Agreement within a specific time frame without penalty. If applicable, you may cancel by following the account cancellation instructions in your settings.
MyHonestChoices may modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on the Platform, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly. You are responsible for reviewing these updates. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
We may also notify users of changes via email. Ensure your contact information is up to date in your account settings.
MyHonestChoices reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services at any time, with or without notice. Third-party partners may also modify or discontinue offers at their discretion. MyHonestChoices is not responsible for any changes made by third-party partners.
Occasionally, the Platform may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to service descriptions, pricing, availability, or earnings. MyHonestChoices reserves the right to correct these errors and update account balances or information without prior notice.
You use the MyHonestChoices Platform and services at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyHonestChoices disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. MyHonestChoices is not responsible for:
Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content.
Personal injury or property damage resulting from platform use.
Unauthorized access to or use of personal or financial data.
Service interruptions, bugs, viruses, or malicious attacks.
Loss or impairment of earnings, including but not limited to data errors, cyber-attacks, or changes in the valuation of MyHonestChoices rewards.
Transactions between users and third-party providers of goods or services.
MyHonestChoices does not endorse third-party content linked on the Platform and is not responsible for its accuracy or legality. We do not monitor third-party contributions or user-generated content for accuracy or compliance with the law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyHonestChoices and its affiliates are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data loss. If liability cannot be excluded, MyHonestChoices' total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services within the three months prior to the claim.
Certain state laws may grant additional rights that override parts of this section. If you reside in such a state, these limitations may not apply to you.
California residents waive rights under California Civil Code Section 1542, which states that general releases do not extend to unknown claims that could materially impact settlements.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold MyHonestChoices, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees harmless from any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand—including reasonable attorney fees and expenses—arising from:
Content you contribute to the Platform.
Your use of MyHonestChoices' services or Platform.
Any breach of this Agreement, including violations of representations and warranties.
Your use of a Gift Card.
Any infringement of third-party rights, such as copyrights, property rights, or privacy rights, or damages caused to a third party.
Any tax obligations resulting from your use of the Platform or MyHonestChoices services.
MyHonestChoices reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense of any matter requiring your indemnification, at your expense. You agree to cooperate with MyHonestChoices' defense efforts, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any claim or legal action subject to this indemnification.
You acknowledge that any earnings, rewards, or redemptions you receive through MyHonestChoices, including cash withdrawals, may be considered taxable income in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for any tax liabilities arising from your participation.
MyHonestChoices may require you to provide tax-related documentation if we determine you may need to report your earnings to a tax authority.
MyHonestChoices is not responsible for resolving disputes between users or between users and third parties. If you have a dispute with another user, you release MyHonestChoices, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities—whether known or unknown—arising from such disputes.
Any legal matters related to the Platform or MyHonestChoices services will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflicts of law rules. All legal actions must be brought in the federal or state courts in or with jurisdiction over Miami-Dade County, Florida.
MyHonestChoices reserves the right to seek injunctive relief in any applicable jurisdiction if necessary to enforce this Agreement or protect its rights.
You agree not to initiate any legal claim related to MyHonestChoices services more than two (2) years after the cause of action arises. If MyHonestChoices must take legal action to enforce this Agreement, you are responsible for any associated legal fees and costs.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act (UCITA) do not apply to this Agreement.
MyHonestChoices maintains certain data transferred to the Platform as part of service operations. While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for preserving any data related to your activities on the Platform. MyHonestChoices is not liable for any data loss or corruption, and you waive any related claims against us.
Additionally, MyHonestChoices may collaborate with third parties that collect user data, such as location tracking via mobile technology.
We value your privacy. Please review the MyHonestChoices Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
By using the Platform or MyHonestChoices services, you consent to the processing of your personal data in the United States in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Unless stated otherwise, any notices to MyHonestChoices should be sent via email to the contact information provided below.
Notices to you will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Notices are considered delivered 24 hours after being sent unless we receive notification that the email address is invalid. We may also choose to send notices via regular mail.
Your use of the Platform and MyHonestChoices services includes the ability to enter into agreements and conduct transactions electronically. By doing so, you agree that your electronic submissions serve as your legal agreement and intent to be bound by such transactions.
This includes, but is not limited to, policies, contracts, cancellations, and other agreements. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary hardware and software to access and retain electronic records.
Under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-Sign Act) of 2000 and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) of 1999, valid electronic signatures can be transmitted through the Platform. However, MyHonestChoices does not authenticate user identities or validate electronic signatures.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and MyHonestChoices regarding your use of our services.
Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
Section headings are for reference only and do not affect interpretation.
If any provision is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, it will be severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
You may not assign this Agreement or your account without our written consent. MyHonestChoices may transfer its rights and obligations at any time.
We are not responsible for delays, failures, or damages beyond our control.
No partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship is created by this Agreement.
At our request, you must provide any necessary documentation to confirm compliance with this Agreement. The Agreement will not be construed against MyHonestChoices simply because we drafted it.
By using the Platform, you waive any defenses based on the Agreement’s electronic format and the lack of a physical signature.
